The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has changed the way they choose people for the PCS exam. They have put the new rules on their website. If you want to do well on this exam, you should learn about these new rules. You can download the information from here. Knowing the new rules will help you do better on the exam.
The Commission has clearly explained how the exam will be divided into two parts: the first part and the main part. They suggest that candidates should look at old exam papers to get an idea of the types of questions that will be asked. This will help them prepare better. The exam is divided into three steps: the first part, the main part, and a final interview. This shows how difficult the exam is, and how important it is to study hard for all three parts.

UPPCS Main Examination Structure
The commission has added two new papers about Uttar Pradesh’s local stories instead of the optional subjects. These new papers will be written in a storytelling style. The UPPSC main exam is a descriptive exam, which means candidates must write long, essay-like answers in the answer booklets. The exam asks questions that require analytical thinking, and candidates’ scores depend on how well they can explain their answers clearly and concisely. Being able to write clearly and to the point is very important for doing well in the UPPSC mains. The exam now has four general studies papers instead of two, and there is a new Ethics paper.
