Assam Rifles Bharti 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bridge & Road (Male & Female): High school diploma with a Civil Engineering diploma.
- Religious Teacher: College degree and a Sanskrit or Hindi religious studies certificate.
- Lab Assistant, Armourer & Safai Karamchari: High school diploma.
- Operator Radio and Line: High school diploma with a two-year technical school certificate in radio, TV, or electronics OR high school diploma with physics, chemistry, and math.
- Radio Mechanic: High school diploma with a diploma in radio, TV, electronics, or engineering OR high school diploma with physics, chemistry, and math (at least 50% average).
- Recovery Vehicle Mechanic: High school diploma with a technical school certificate in recovery vehicle mechanics or operations.
- Draftsman: High school diploma with a three-year diploma in architectural assistance.
- Surveyor ITI: High school diploma with a technical school certificate in surveying.
Age Limit
People who want to apply must be at least 18 years old but no older than 23. However, if you’re from a group called OBC, you can be up to 3 years older. And if you’re from SC/ST, you can be up to 5 years olde
Physical Tests
Other than of the Ladakh Region:
- Male participants are required to complete a 5 km run within 24 minutes.
- Female participants must finish a 1.6 km run within 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
Applicants from Ladakh Region:
- Male participants need to complete a 1.6 km run within 7 minutes.
- Female participants have to complete an 800-meter run within 5 minutes.
People who pass the PET (Physical Efficiency Test), the PST (Physical Standard Test), and have all their paperwork in order will go on to the next steps. These steps include a trade test, a written exam, and a full medical check-up.
